What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company if given, email address and phone number, the product you are interested in, quantity, delivery location and the description of your requirement. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible supply.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our own secured database and are accessible to the Everbag team handling sales enquiries. Notification of a new enquiry is sent to that team. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent by emailing sales@everbag.in. Tell us which enquiry you are referring to so we can find it.
Website measurement
If we measure website usage, it is limited to aggregate information about pages viewed. We do not include the personal details you enter into an enquiry form in that measurement.
