A route for recycled material use
Consider recycled polypropylene where the product specification and application permit it.
A material enquiry built around the part you manufacture
Recycled polypropylene granules for suitable injection-moulding and extrusion requirements. Select a grade around the processing method, finished-part properties and colour needs of your application.

Everbag's recycled PP granules are made from plastic waste for further manufacturing use. The right material discussion starts with the part being produced and the properties it must achieve. Colour alone does not define a grade. Provide the processing method and target specification so available grade information can be considered in context. Recycled grades are not offered for food, medical or other regulated applications.
Consider recycled polypropylene where the product specification and application permit it.
Connect material requirements to the finished component, process and performance priorities.
Request the data for the grade being quoted so your evaluation uses comparable properties and test conditions.
Suitable non-regulated component requirements evaluated against the relevant grade.
Processing enquiries with the product profile and material-property needs identified.
Blending enquiries where the buyer's specification allows recycled material; the formulation must be evaluated for the intended product.

Share the intended end product, processing method, colour and approximate volume. Include melt flow index with test conditions, density and mechanical properties where these are already specified. Add limits for moisture or filler content when relevant to your process. Request the applicable grade data and decide what production evaluation is needed before adopting a material for a new component.
Include the known dimensions, intended use, quantity and delivery location. If a detail is undecided, our team can discuss it with you.
Start with the finished part and the manufacturing process. Send the properties your buyer or production team requires, then review the data for the proposed grade.
Do not assume a direct substitution. Suitability depends on the material specification, formulation, process and finished-part requirements. Evaluate the proposed grade for the actual application.
They are different questions. Recycled content describes the input material. End-of-life recyclability also depends on the finished design, other materials and the collection and recycling route.
Send your process, end product, target properties, colour and quantity. Include the current material specification if you are assessing a recycled option.
